Treatment Satisfaction: Refunds are not available for completed treatments unless there is a documented medical issue directly caused by the procedure, as determined by a qualified professional. We encourage clients to discuss any concerns with our team immediately following the treatment so we can address them promptly.
Adverse Reactions: In the rare event of an adverse reaction to a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate by our team, may offer a refund or complimentary corrective service.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled treatment are non-refundable, but we may offer a credit toward a future service at our discretion. Prepaid Services or Packages: Refunds for prepaid treatments or packages are not available once the service has been rendered. For unused portions of a package, a refund may be issued at the discretion of hiLIFT.skin, less a 20% administrative fee, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer care team at hiLIFT.skin@gmail.com with your full name, appointment date, and details of your concern. Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. hiLIFT.skin reserves the right to refuse service or refunds in cases of abuse, misrepresentation, or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by our staff.
